Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
